# Criar pedidos pelo WhatsApp (PDV)

O Cardapinho também permite que você crie pedidos diretamente pelo WhatsApp, sem precisar sair da conversa com o cliente.

### Como criar um pedido:

## Acesse o atendimento

No menu inferior do portal, clique em **atendimento**.

## Crie um novo pedido

Na conversa com o cliente que você deseja realizar o pedido manualmente, clique em "**+ novo pedido**".

Após clicar em **+ Novo Pedido**, abrirá a tela de novo pedido com os dados do cliente.

## Escolha o tipo de pedido

* Delivery
* Retirada
* Consumo no Local

## Adicione os produtos

Clique em **+ Adicionar Produto** e monte o carrinho do cliente selecionando os produtos desejados.

## Confira o carrinho

Quando terminar de adicionar os produtos, clique em **Ver Carrinho** para conferir o pedido.

## Selecione o pagamento

Clique em **Pagamento** para selecionar a forma de pagamento do cliente.

## Finalize o pedido

Depois de **finalizar o pedido**, o cliente receberá automaticamente no WhatsApp um resumo do pedido com todos os detalhes.
