# Segmentação de clientes

Você encontra essa funcionalidade em Food **Marketing → Segmentação de Clientes** no menu lateral. Nela, é possível:

* Buscar segmentações existentes;
* Criar novas segmentações;
* Editar, duplicar ou excluir segmentações;
* Visualizar quantos clientes pertencem a cada segmento e qual percentual eles representam da base total.

> ⚠️ Importante: o cálculo de quantidade e percentual considera apenas **clientes com telefone cadastrado** que **aceitaram receber mensagens via WhatsApp**.

Essas segmentações podem ser usadas diretamente na criação de campanhas, permitindo **envios mais direcionados, estratégicos e eficazes**.

### Como criar uma segmentação?&#x20;

* **Acesse o recurso**\
  No menu lateral, clique em **Food Marketing → Segmentação de Clientes**.
* **Clique em “Nova Segmentação”**\
  A tela de criação será aberta.
* **Defina um nome**\
  Insira um nome que identifique facilmente sua segmentação.
* **Escolha os filtros**\
  Selecione os critérios que definirão o grupo de clientes (tipo, origem, pedidos, etc.).
* **Aplique o filtro**\
  Clique em **“Aplicar Filtro”**.

* **Segmentação criada**\
  Pronto! Sua segmentação já pode ser usada em campanhas de WhatsApp ou outras ações de marketing.
